So the past two and half months I have been just settling in, but now I should be able to post again soon. <br /><br />Commuting 4 hours a day is a fair chunk of time.gone, I once had to commute 90 minutes which I thought was bad but 4 hours is much more strenuous. <br /><br />15-20 minutes of walking, yoga, or circuit training with body weight may be more manageable and realistic for you. <br /> <br />I make that suggestion of course not knowing anything about you so forgive any presumption on my part. <br /><br />I myself often do two 20-30 minutes workouts a day, usually one is a walk/run or yoga and the other I lift weights. This is working for me. If sometimes I only do one workout or none for whatever reason I don't let it bother me because something is always better than nothing. And that goes for eating nutrient-dense plant foods and exercising. <br /><br />Losing weight is a marathon not a sprint, I read that somewhere and I really liked it :-) <br /><br />Good luck on losing those last stubborn pounds, I know you can do it!
